Lucky Gunner Ammo Review

Lucky Gunner Ammo
Review PMC 165 grs. FULL METAL JACKET FLAT POINT (FMJ-FP) .40 S&W

I Went to the range with my box of .40 S&W 165 Grs FMJ ammo to test for Lucky Gunner. Lucky Gunner Ammo contacted me and asked if I would test and review the ammo. PMC ammunition is manufactured in South Korea by the Poongsan Corporation (ISO certified) which produces cartridges ranging from small arms ammunition to large howitzer rounds for the South Korean military. The Poongsan Corporation dates back to 1968 and since its founding, it has grown to become one of the world’s largest manufacturers and suppliers of ammunition. I have used PMC ammo many times for target practice and today would be no exception.

I would be firing the ammo in my trusty Glock 22 and running some drills I commonly use. My paper plate targets always come in handy I buy them at the local dollar store for $1 and I always have plenty to go around. I mark my center with a black marker and off I go.

Setting the targets at 17 feet I ran 10 shots of PMC .40 Cal ammo thru my Glock without any malfunctions. My shooting has improved lately so I load another 10 rounds and see if I can run them a little faster. Speed is not the most important factor, shot placement is. I was able to keep all my shots within the 3″ center for all my drills.

Lucky Gunner Ammo is a great place to buy ammo

After 50 rounds I picked up my brass, PMC makes all the brass they use in their ammo and I will reload them at some point. Lucky Gunner Ammo has a great website and its easy to use. Lucky Gunner products are shipped promptly and at reasonable fees. Check out Lucky Gunner Ammo thru my website
